Playground Inspections

Inspecting play areas and play equipment to a defined schedule and standard will ensure that the playground owner is meeting their obligations.  Every public playground in the UK must be inspected to meet RoSPA standards annually.  Interim inspections & remedial actions are generally commissioned by local authorities.

Midland Playscape are RoSPA qualified to carry out inspections.  The survey reports we produce are to a UK court standard.

Play Equipment Repairs

Outdoor play equipment gets a hard time. Things wear, things break, things get vandalised.  It’s important to take action quickly, following an inspection that reveals a problem.  This will help mitigate any risk of injury to park users.

Grounds Maintenance

Keeping a playground in good order extends to the grounds of the park too.  We have experience with hedge cutting, tree work, planting, weed control, and ground cover such as bark mulch and rubber safety surfaces.  Perimeter fencing, gates and walkways should all be clear and make it easy to access for all play area users.
